THE GARDENING QUESTION TIME ROADSHOW The show was requested to go on the open road by the general public in the year of 1990 by the viewers of ITV Network 'GARDENER’S DIARY'. The Gardening Question Time Roadshow is a question time with a big difference. The normal routine is that the general public come along and put their questions to the panel, also if their problem is portable they can bring it along. The difference with our show is that it is not only educational but entertaining. We have a few laughs along the way and here comes the difference "We ask the general public questions"!! If they answer the many questions thrown at them occasionally all through the show we give them nice small prizes in return to take away.
We then enter into a Question & Answer Session and whoever answers the next three questions and gets all right take their choice of the major prize of the day. We also give them the option to come on the programme and see the 'Gardener's Diary' filmed on ITV. The production team are:- John Negus (Prof) Writer Journalist, RHS Judge University Lecuturer, BBC Broadcaster, resident Presenter on ITV Network ‘Gardeners Diary.
